1 pound penne or fusilli pasta, cooked, reserve 1 cup of starchy cooking liquid

1 package smoked sausage, sliced

1 onion, sliced

2 green bell peppers, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

6-8 oz shaved parmesan

4 oz goat cheese
